Every pair of Una Blues is special, unique, one-of-a-kind. Because we don’t buy large runs of fabric or trims, our inventory is always changing and we never know what will be in stock. Will Una Blue Jeans design custom jeans exactly for my specifications?

Well, yes and no. Una Blue is first and foremost a design company. Our customers love our unique design aesthetic. We do not make custom jeans. However; we are all about collaborating with you to make your previously loved jeans into a work of art that is the perfect expression of you.

How does the collaboration process work?

We understand that once you find your perfect jean fit, you may not want to try another brand or style. For customers like you, we’ve got you covered. Just answer some simple questions on the website so we can get to know you and what you like and don’t like. Once your order is placed, we will send you a box with a return shipping label. Simply put your just washed jeans in the box and send it back. Then sit back and relax while we get to work designing your very own Una Blues!

How long does it take to get my Una Blue Jeans?

You will receive ready to wear Una Blues within 7-10 business days after purchase. We strive to have collaboration jeans completed and to you within 3-4 weeks. Trust us, it’s well worth the wait!

What if the Ready-to-Wear pair of jeans that I purchase don't fit?

We certainly hope that doesn’t happen and to ensure that it doesn’t, we have included detailed measurements of our Ready-to-Wear jeans with instructions on how to take your own precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit. However, if it’s just not a fit, let us know within 3 days of receiving your jeans and we will provide a full refund. The pants must be returned in the original condition or fees may apply. Returned pants must be free of pet hair, scent, smoke, and stains. Damaged pants will be charged a fee depending on the damages, which is anywhere from 30% to 100% of the retail value. Jeans requiring cleaning will be charged 30% of the retail value and garments showing signs of being worn for more than just a try on will be charged 100% of the retail value. By selecting, “I understand” on the ordering page, you agree to our policy and we reserve the right to charge these fees.

What if I don't like the way my Collabortion jeans turned out?

We can’t imagine that will happen, but if it does, the jeans are yours and there is no refund.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope, not a penny. We want to make the Una Blue buying experience fun and easy. We cover all domestic shipping costs. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

What if I need to make a change to my Collabortion order?

No worries. You can make changes to your collaboration choices up to the time we receive your jeans.

Are Una Blue Jeans really one-of-a-kind?

Yes! It’s right in our name, “Una”- only one. While some designs may be similar, no two pairs will ever be the same. Each pair of Una Blues is individually designed and handcrafted.

How do I care for my Una Blue Jeans?

Caring for your Una Blues couldn't be easier. Simply turn your jeans inside out and wash on cold. No bleach! Tumble dry on low and if needed, iron on medium heat. Depending on some embellishments, the jean may need to be dry cleaned.
